- the difference in permissions for commercial and non-commercial work
- model release forms for commercial work
- defamation, slander, and libel
- what harassment is and how it can happen

Resources
The Royal Photographic Society has a number of useful resources, including codes of conducts for photographers and example model release forms (scroll down the page).
The British Film Commission has some advice about filming on public land
Filming in England also has some advice about filming on public land and more guidance on getting consent from individuals. Their general website contains all sorts of guidance that might be interesting to take a look at.
Film London has some guidance on filming buildings, and how copyright and defamation might apply. They have some general notes about filming in London as well.
The Metropolitan Police also have some things to say about photography which deal with some of the slightly tricky legal elements of who you can take photos of and where.
