Out and About Project

Trips Database:

The French students are going on three trips. Two have already been organised. YOu need to choose one more trip.

The trip needs to be a "Fun Day Out" and to be in the local area.

You will need to find information for the trip you’re going to organise for the French students. To help you do this there is a database of trip ideas.

> Open the database and make sure that you understand what each of the data items is showing. You may need to look at the Database Codes to help you. The database is an Access 2003 file.

> Create a Data Entry Form for the database.

> Research at least two new trip destinations and use the Data Entry Form to add them to the Database.

The region will be Anglia/East (typed exactly like that)

> You need to create a list of suitable places for your trip. The trip needs to be a “Fun Day Out” in the local area. Use a query to create the list.

> Make sure you complete the Database Project Review document when you have finished the tasks

> Now go on to the Costs Spreadsheet
