Out and About Project

A group of 40 French foreign exchange students is coming to your area. They will be welcomed at a reception and will go on three trips during their stay.

Your task is to prepare some publications for them and help plan the trips. You will need to remember that the students only have a basic knowledge of English.

You will need to:

• start off by doing some planning to make sure that you know what to do
• find some flags to go on each of the publications you make
• produce an invitation for the reception
• do some work on a database of trip destinations
• use a spreadsheet to calculate the costs of the trips
• produce a welcome poster to run at the reception
