Applied ICT A Level
Content in this section is mainly focusing on:
Unit 1 - ICT and Society: I'm adding all the notes, handouts, homework documents and presentations to this section (which is clearly going to have to split into several pages fairly soon) as I go through teaching the current group of Year 12. And very lovely they are as well.
Software guides for PagePlus and Dreamweaver are now more or less in place as well.
Unit 3 - Databases: is starting to be developed, although there's still plenty to come on this. I might even get round to an example or two at some point.
The cool Database Query Designer Tool is here as well. It's aim is to reinforce some learning about how database's can be queried to produce useful outputs. It uses an evening class database as it's subject matter, but the ideas can be applied to any database.
Unit 8 - Project Management: has some content too. w00t!
Unit 10 - Advanced Spreadsheets: this has several examples of spreadsheet lunacy on it. Some have been developed for the lovely people at the SLN forum, but even those showcase some of the the advanced spreadsheet skills that come in handy for Unit 10 exams.
The content for these pages have been pretty well developed now as well, so plenty more useful stuff!
Unit 14 - Interactive Multimedia: now has the Invisible Button Trick for Flash - a way of making your flash applications much, much cooler. Honest.
